Internet Feed

Well we made it until almost half time tonight. The last thing I got was a FT (imagine that) made by the griz to go up 28-27 just before the half. I now have the option of A) listening to the griz announcer or B) watching the stats being updated on the griz board with no sound. I choose option B - lesser of 2 evils.

We really have to get this fixed before FB season. Listening to a close game is bad enough. Not being able to is way worse. MSU01 where are you when I need you????????????

Thanks a million HC. What a finish that must have been. Huge win for the Cats. Finally one of the last second finishes goes our way, and it couldn't have come at the expense of anyone better. Enjoy the night all Cat fans - I know I will.

WOW! Jefferson hits tough 3 at the end to win it! Sorry guys, TV and computer are in different rooms...you'll have to go without me when the games are on TV. :)

Has the internet broadcast situation been fixed for Thursday nights game yet?

This has got to stop!

The radio station is great at getting back to you if you do email them. The last time the feed went down I emailed and got a reply very quickly, so maybe we all can put a little pressure on them to get it straightened out. Last time it went down it had to do with a connection in Bozeman so maybe it is their internet service provider and beyond their control. I hope it works this week!

I sent an email off to Pete Hanson this morning as he does the production of the Bobcat games and is the Program director of XL country. Basically I expressed the concern of everyone here that the Internet feed had been unreliable and then asked for an update on the situation as well as offered up any resources or assistance BobcatNation.com could give to aid in getting the feed back up and running. Below is the response I recieved back very quickly:
Kevin -

I appreciate the feedback, and understand your frustration. Your
frustration is our frustration as well. I appreciate your willingness
to help, but I think (fingers crossed) that the problem has been
resolved. We ran a test yesterday morning, and all seems to be working,
but we've done that before too. I am confident that the issues have
been resolved.

Thanks again Kevin. I apologize for the problems.

So, with any luck our non-Bozeman area fans will not be left out in the cold tomorrow night. May not be able to find anyone here that can give play by play cause anyone in the Bozeman area is going to be at the Brick...RIGHT PEOPLE?!?!?!

If we have to maybe we can get KMax to use his cell phone and do play-by-play to my cell phone and I can type the play-by-play! Or better yet, just buy a microphone and broadcast KMax over the internet myself. :D I really hope the feed works, it would be nice to listen to the game all the way through. The nice thing is XLCountry is truly helpful and responsive to the problem!!
