Here is a website of THE local bozeman band. Anyway, if you get a chance check it out, you can preview some music, there are some pretty entertaining videos and such. PLUS I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you bought a cd or two.

BTW....they are all HUGE cat fans. If you notice one of the guys in the Spicey chef vidoe is wearing a Kramer's Krazies t-shirt.

Re: Local band
I actually took a few classes with one of them while I was at MSU. I saw them play in Seattle at the Owl 'n Thistle about 2 years ago and I was pretty impressed with them.wbtfg wrote:Here is a website of THE local bozeman band. If anyone hasn't seen them play, they're pretty good and they're definitely entertaining!

I never got to see them because their concerts were usually 21+. I did check out their CD once though, not my bag. Talented for sure though. Are they still in Bozeman? Now that I am of age, I would love to check them out live.

Well some of them live in Bozeman still but I know one of them is in Minnesota now but they still manage to hook up and play. They have 3 shows coming up in about a week. One is in Helena and another is in Billings. They are playing at the Governor's Ball on the 12th or something like that.CelticCat wrote:I never got to see them because their concerts were usually 21+. this is sweet! i'm a clintons guy, the one who lives in minnesota. it's awesome to see people supporting local music, though! we still play several times a year. i make it back to montana about every other month for recording and gigging.
by the way, the skinny, dark-haired dude, josh keehr, used to be CHAMP! his wife was a cheerleader, too. i think it was 97-99, back when hysell was still coaching. i used to jump out of the stands, chase him down and tackle him after the game was over. that worked most of the time except when there was a defensive penalty on the last play of the game. there i was running out on the field when all of a sudden security was on me like stink on $h1t. got kicked out, but at least i only missed one play!
