Great 1st half. Good defense, rebounding, and overall hustle. Marvin got off to a great start and then Casey took over. Great 1/2 for Casey - I bet that feels good after what he had to listen to in hippyville. Dissley hasen't scored a lot but it sounds like he had played a great overall game - glad to see the fire back in him. 20 minutes to go boys - if Miller or Jefferson get on track it won't even stay close in the second 1/2. We have to keep Al and Marvin out of foul trouble as well. Speaking of fouls, let's hope a close game doesn't come down to Al shooting FT's - 3 for 21 on the season. Yikes, that is just about as bad as it could be.

Yeah, luckily we haven't had to rely on Big Al's free throws, but I will take his inside presence as a good trade off. I am very impressed with Casey, he is always hustling!!

Just freakin' wonderful. 3 point play and a foul (#3) on Big Al :11 seconds into the half.

I didn't hear it either - I was too busy throwing a fit over how we started the second 1/2. It took us 20 minutes to build a 13 point lead and we pooped it away and let them right back into the game in about 1 minute.

Yeah, it is frustrating, seems like we can never just build on a lead...the Cardiac Cats have to keep everygame tight. Football, Basketball, etc, it doesn't seem to matter.

And the drought ends for Miller. He finally hits a 3 and then another about :10 seconds later. I knew it had to end sometime - today was about a good a time as I could think of.

The Grizzlies were eventually gonna make a run at some point and it looks like we've been able to withstand at least the first one. Finally Miller comes through with two huge threes. My only question is why we've haven't gone back to Moss after he strarted off so quickly.

Not that I noticed.

Did you hear Kris' last comment about fouls? "Apparently the griz never commit a foul, the men the women, never". 4 or 5 fouls all game today?

Sounds like the officiating crew was listening as well. Since then the calls have evened up at 5 each this half. Way to go Kris.

YEAH BOBCATS!!!! WAY TO GET AFTER IT!!! 17 Point Lead!

Now, lets not put it in cruise control, we are starting to relax and cast the threes it sounds like. We gotta keep the pace going.

I've never seen him play in person. but for some reason I can absolutely not stand Matt Martin.

I think Al Beye may have more fouls than minutes played today. Not a good day for the big fella.

Fouls:

Al 4
Taylor 3
Jeron 3
Marvin 2

And suddenly it dwindles to 9. I blame it on Cardiac - he need to change his name from CARDIAC CATS to BLOWOUT CATS.

Make that 6 if he makes this FT. There is no reason for it to be this close right now. Come on boys don't throw this one away.

Is the CBS feed a Griz thing? These announcers seem to be very Griz-biased. Just something that I have noticed....

Haven't heard it but wouldn't be surprised. Most things are.

This game doesn't seem like the Griz have really been in it ever, yet somehow the Cats just can't put them away.
