Load up Cats I have broad shoulders we are playing Saturday!!!

Umm...that would be Wednesday, unless you're implying that the Cats will be playing next Saturday in the 2nd round of the NCAA's!
I feel good about this game. I think they'll be fired up and ready to play. The question is, will the shots fall?

The Sagarin Projections for tonight indicate that Montana will win, their Sagarin rating is higher thatn the Cats and without the homecourt advantage in either teams favor, the higher rated team is favored. Also, Portland Stae is projected to beat Weber. Both games appear to be good matchups, I wish they were both on TV.

I agree -- reminds me of a statement from the BCS.

BozoneCat: The Cats did beat the Griz twice. That's a fact. At this point in the season, however. your opinion that the Cats are a better team is suspect . . . in light of a 12 point Griz tournament win on a neutral court. If you could choose which would it be? Two league wins over a rival or one win in a tournament, with a chance to advance?
I agree, in part, with your opinion that good guards = post-season wins: ball-handling and the three-point shot are critical in the post-season. Nevertheless, a balanced game may be more effective. Durham is one of the best young guards in the conference, but he can't be expected to control every game (especially as a freshman).
Oh, and calling the freshman,Martin, a punk probably says more about you than it does him. Both Montana teams are young. And in my opinion, we could very well see them both a year from tomorrow night playing against each other somewhere in Montana.[/quote]

Martin is a punk. It has nothing to do with Cat-griz, if you have seen this spoiled brat play ball, you too would recognize him as a punk.
I disagree with your assessment of Durham as one of the best young guards in the conference. He played better than I expected he would this year, but he is still a very, very marginal D-I role player. I am disappointed that Durham played Casey more than Ryan Holmes this season, as I feel Holmes is a much better player. He needs to develop his shot, but he does everything else well.
GO CATS GO!!!
