All of the Morrison's are from Scobey originally....Adam's Dad moved to Spokane when he was in junior high...they have Montana Roots but Adam played all of his high school ball in Spokane..

Adam is still the career and single season leading scorer in the GSL (Greater Spokane League) I think he may be the rebounding leader as well....he never would have played college basketball anywhere in Montana (and I assume was recuited by UM and MSU but I am sure he gave them zero attention during the process)..he actually was Gonzaga's highest rated recruit (until last year's signing of current redshirt Josh Heyfeldt from Clarkston) and was recuited by the likes of Kansas, Duke, UNC, etc.

...yeah, but since my one cousin is the mayor of Richland, another is the city commissioner, one is the public works director and several others are back and forth between Peerless, Scobey and Opheim (among other major metropolitan communities up here) suffice it to say there's more than a little resentment at family reunions that neither of our "big" schools even gave him a call

In fact, another cousin that's a principal in Mitchell was pretty surprised nobody in Bozo or Mazzola called him or any of the kinfolk in and around Hysham-Custer. Check out the roster of Creighton and see if you recognize any Montana names...
