According to today's chronicle Jaron Jefferson is competing on the track team this spring, and looks to be doing quite well...

Junior Ja'Ron Jefferson, an immigrant from the men's basketball team, made his debut in the long jump and finished second at 22-3 3/4.

"We're pretty excited about possibilities with Ja'Ron and what we think he might do by the end of the year," Kennedy said, "so not only can he play hoops, he can long jump."

Damn it! I wanted to see what him, Miller, Moss and Dissley would look like on the football field. It would be oh so sweet to watch Moss as a tight end, a commodity we'll need about the 12:00-11:00 mark of every third quarter with a two to three touchdown lead this year
