Is 3 months Going to Fix all Our Knee Injury's?
do u guys think 3 months is going to be enought time for all our ACL and MCL knee injury's

Health wise and strength wise are two different things.
Most of these guys are heavies (Lou, Brikland, etc). Either you are getting stronger or you are getting weaker.
With the lower body not being able to be worked for probably 2 months to 3 with heavy weights, you are not getting stronger.
I think they will be back, but not as strong as they could have been and possibly a little weaker.
