Wynn Las Vegas

Post by Cat-theotherwhitemeat » Thu Apr 28, 2005 11:24 am

I heard on the radio that this is the newest and most luxurious casino in the world. Check out the newest Las Vegas Hotel/Casino.....

I wonder if Wynn is a long lost uncle of mine or something. He also owns the Bellagio, Treasure Island, and the Mirage. This new casino cost 2.7 Billion! That's right....Billion with a B!! Rich Bastard.

Apparently people with billions of dollars have a lot more time to sit around waiting for a damn website to load....

And to think that he made most/all of his money off of people like me who don't understand math well enough to keep their wallets in their pockets near a casino floor.

He doesn't own any other hotels in Vegas anymore. He sold the Bellagio and the others a few years ago and no built this beast. It is sweet looking, has a Ferrari and Maserati dealer in it.

While he was responsible for Building TI, Mirage and Bellagio, He doens't own them. They are owned by MGM\mirage Resorts. The only Casino his company owns in Vegas is Wynn Las Vegas. Still, not bad for a guy that started by tricking Ceasers into thinking he was going to build a casino right next to them 20 some years ago.

I read that on the internet somewhere. Not surprised it was wrong. Thanks.

Does he (Wynn) want to build a new stadium in Bozeman with a gambling level that rotates so you can experience the Gallatin Valley?

I heard he told the employees that they don't need to worry about making any money for the first few years and that the customer should always be right no matter what - even at the gambling tables. He wants to stand out and make it THE casino to come to. That should be interesting - "Yes, 21!" Dealer - "But sir, you have 22." Me - "No, it looks like 21 to me." Dealer, "I guess you're right - 21 it is then... for everybody! YeeHaaa!".

Great time to be a BOBCAT!
