haucks a dumb$hit, always has been... when asked about crawford during the cat/griz pregame interview, he said something along the lines of "that number 1 right?" he knew damn well who crawford was... well i hope he does now.. hes almost got beaten by him single handedly the past two years

The only thing that really bugged me about Hauck this past week, was how many references he made to this being such a "one-sided rivalry". I think most football fans in Montana are aware of this, without Hauck having to mention it every day. I know that you Griz fans may not understand, but it is exactly these sorts of "subtle" put downs, that make Cat fans hate him so much.

I think that's the point.. Bobby wants the Cats to hate him, just as much as he hates the Cats. Maybe if Ash showed the same kind of fire things would be different. He (Bobby) made a joke at a Friday gathering about Bozeman papers referring to him as the Great Satan, leader of the Evil Empire, and he loved it.. he thought it was great. He doesn't care that Cat fans hate him, and he doesn't care if people know he hates the Cats.. that's how rivalries are.

And yes, to the poster who mentioned that Crawford almost beat the Griz again.. just like last year when he single handedly didn't win the game for them. Get a clue, dude. Not quite how it shook out.

he walked into this program.... ill give him something, he is a good recruiter.. but other than that he isnt a good coach, IMHO the griz play out of their heads often times because of the program's stability... anyone who has watched them squeek a win by will know what im talking about..

i watched northern this year, we had tons of opportunities to score to make the score even a bigger lead, but we failed to do so... northern wasnt in our red zone half as much as we were... we deserved to win... and i dont think that making a field goal with 5 seconds left to win was in this game...?

I think you can be passionate and emotional, and still be gracious. At the risk of bringing up the "K" word again, MK was a very emotional and passionate coach, who got his teams to play their best in the biggest games, but he was always very gracious towards UM.

Using that logic it was just as close in the 1st with 14:59 to go when you guys played Adams State. You have to score more points than the other team to win the game FB. I thought you were out?

MK had a different flair.. Griz and Griz fans really hated MK, and I'm sure it was both ways. He was gracious towards UM, but he really wanted to pound the Griz just like Bobby wants to vs. the Cats. Ash is too likable of a guy for Griz fans to hate.. so far.
