MSU fans DO NOT hate the Griz

I've been reading the posts on here the past few days about whether anyone should root for/against UM and if anyone hates UM, etc. I think when emotions run high we have a hard time describing how we feel, so I'm going to take a real bold step and try to speak for every Cat fan out there.

We don't hate the Griz.

We hate sitting here with our team out of the playoffs, while UM is rolling along.
We hate when people go out of their way to bring up good news about UM, while knowing we are feeling down.
We hate having to wait 'til next year.
We hate going out in public and seeing all that Griz gear.
We hate having to dread reading the sports page, because we know there'll be another Griz article in there.
We hate getting flat picked on when we've had enough.
We hate when our UM-fan relatives buy Griz gear Christmas presents for our kids.
We hate being left out in the cold.
We hate waking up in the morning knowing someone is going throw a wet blanket on our day.

But we don't hate the Griz, just all the side dishes that go with it. So have a heart.

No, he's not smart enough to figure out to do that. My nearest sibling did that. Brains and looks increased as our parent's practiced making their six kids. Thank God. He's the oldest, I'm the youngest. He'll be working his way through the state this weekend. Just wanted to warn you.

I hate that this is a Montana State University fans forum but yet it seams like there is a dis-proportionatily large number of griz posters on here.
Even on the MSU athletics category. The College Sports World category might as well be called "the griz fans get on the MSU boards and brag about us forum".
I can handle a little info about um, but I would prefer that it come from Cat fans giving other cat fans a little news about whats happening down the freeway.
Ten out of the first eleven topics on the College Sports board right now are griz related. I for one don't care about what griz fans are doing in Chattanooga, and no it's not jealousy (maybe a little envy though). I think a reason some of the griz posters hang out over here a lot is the civility of our forums. They aren't all cluttered up with animation and stupid .gif crap. egriz looks like a forum for third graders. Yes I do have a link to egriz on my toolbar but I try and read what Remax has to say (if I can find it) and move on. I also think that wether they admit it or not; some of the Griz fans have some respect for the way MSU's athletic programs are heading. I'm done now. And I would like to say good luck to the griz tomorrow, but I just can't do it.
