For those of you who have expressed interest The Clintons, I just thought I'd let you know that they are playing tomorrow (thursday) and Saturday at Mixer's (formerly LJ's). If you haven't been to Mixer's, Mike Hope has done a great job of turing it into a pretty cool NON-SMOKING bar/club. It should be a great time for all, and I may see some of you on Thursday!

That actually happened right in front of me...the Bo-Boz meeting. In all fairness, the Boz arrived a little late and didn't get balanced up when Bo arrived. But in truth, they could have welded Bozworth to the carpet and Bo would have buried him anyway.
Brian Bozworth is an interesting study....and I'm not talking "headcase" here. I don't know if there were many who played the Monster, or Strong Side, or Rush or what it is you choose to call the linebacker position he played any better in college than he did. At about 6'2, 217 he was quick, fast, agile, ruthless, arrogant, dominating, smart...the whole package. He came to the Seahawks at about 6'2, 250; slow, ruthless, confused, inflexible, arrogant and injury prone. To me it was a classic case of someone never meant to play that large, and the time he spent in the weight room or on 'roids, or both (and I have nothing to suspect drugs) worked against him. I've seen that happen time and again at good old MSU.
