urcrackinmeup wrote:From her bio... Andrea (Thornton) Montague is originally from Shelton Washington and went to college at Washington State University. There she received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, a minor in Strength Training and was a two-time All American in track and field, in hammer and discus. She has also competed in two USA track and field championships and the Olympic trials in 2004. Andrea spent 3 years as a volunteer throws coach under the supervision of her coach and mentor Debra Farwell while still competing in Track and Field. After her throwing career she spent two years as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Washington State University. In April of last year Andrea competed in her first APF Powerlifting competition, squatting 510lbs, benching 300lbs and deadlifting 435lbs. Andrea is also Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified under the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches association.

Now BDizzle take foot out of mouth and pray [-o< she doesn't track you down.
Where did I say anything wrong? I just asked if she was your head strength coach. I was informed that she is an assistant. She seems like a great asset to the program. Knows all about the work and dedication that goes into being a champion. If she tracked me down I would ask for a piggy back ride and we would run off towards the sunset.

GO GRIZ!
