not according to your fans all season. well at least not after the wins. we were told he owns huse, and is an amazing recruiter. guess the mood changes after a loss when everyone was promising a sweep.

do you have to know everything to post here? or just think you do?

You didn't hear any of that from me. I was stunned when they gave him the 3 year extension with the just a .500 winning %. I look at the talent they had on this team and think maybe Tinkle would be better off polishing O'Day's shoes.

It's not like he took over a team that was struggling and needed a few rebuilding years. He took over a team that was kickin' a$$ and hasn't done sh!t since. Could you imagine the horror in Missoula if the head football coach ever had a winning % near .500?

Ok, Maybe I'm being a little harsh but giving him a 3 year extension after his first 2+ years is a reward giving by a good ol' boy to a good ol' boy. If Kennedy (or any non-Montana grad) had the same record as Tinkle, they'd have a 4 sale sign ready to hang in their yard.

@ least there's one Montana team still standing.

Last time I checked the Cats (mens), Lady Cats and Lady Griz are still standing. Rocky is hoping for an "at large" bid.

Dumbass.

I know you guys went to the dance twice under Larry K, but I don’t remember any of his teams having a stellar regular season record. UM never hosted under Larry K did they?

The year before Tinkle took over the Griz were 24-7 with a win over Nevada in the first round. Two of their seven loses were to top 25 teams including Boston College in the second round.

NAU hosted and also had a very good team that year (something like 23 wins). The teams split during the season, then Montana won easily in the title game.

That Griz team was very good, and had wins over ranked Stanford, Miss Valley, Loyola Marymount (twice), Santa Clara, Orel Roberts and a few other quality programs.

Wasn't that Criswell's senior season? That was a good team, no doubt.

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

Do you ever get tired of getting OWNED?

Or are you just used to it?

I am more of a McDonalds kind of fat guy but the new Roastburgers at Arby's have me questioning my loyalty.
