I will be in Helena this weekend

I am leaving for Helena in a couple of hours. I will be there Friday night, Saturday and possibly Sunday. If any CATS want to get together for a drink or to work out on Saturday morning please give me a call on my cell phone (listed below). I will not have email access on this trip.

I will also be in Helena running in the Gov's Cup. I think I'll be down at anchor park for a while friday night watching The Clintons, and then will have to come back Saturday afternoon. You may want to contact Ian, he is also running and may be staying saturday night as well.

i ran the 5 k in a personal best 29 minutes $\:D/$

I saw a ton of MSU supporters in Helena for the gov's cup this weekend. Between the racers and the watchers on the side of the road, I bet I saw 4 times as many people with bobcat shirts or hats than grizzlies, which is highly unusual for Helena.

Sorry I missed the Gov's Cup. I was in town for my son's graduation from Helena High.

note to self...dont go running the gov cup in a sweatshirt...
