First he was Max Cady. Then he was Carlito Brigante. Now he's Sorbo. This guy has some serious issues, none the least of which is multiple personality disorder. It must suck, when he finally comes to terms with the fact that nobody wants this kid of his. I find it both comical and sad that this poster is threatening us with this kid flashing Colombian necktie signs at us if he ever gets a chance to play against MSU. Maybe this provides us some insight as to this kid's character, and the character of the individuals he associates himself with. Probably a very good reason why he's not wearing a Bobcat uniform and probably never will.

Dr. Freud, lighten up. There are no issues here. Fisher is the best punter in the Big Sky at this point. NAU punter may look better, but Fisher does not have the luxury of kicking at 6800 ft with no wind to contest with. Also, Fisher's net average is not 33.50, since the blocked punt at Michigan State is charged to the team. His is probably very close to his gross average. The point is that MSU needs someone in there straight-away next year who can contend with the best in the Big Sky. The inability for teams to return a punt is a huge factor.

Actually, first he was Carlito Brigante, and then he was Max Cady.

Threatened MSU????

Let me get this straight. Someone from a family who created MSU is threatening it? Maybe you eat your children, but we sure as hell don't.

The "mods," well that is another story. The OG's, also known as the "floundering fathers," named so by that park ranger suffering from cretinism 80 miles up the river, would eat the mods in a heartbeat.

no one cares about punters. punters don't even care about punters. ask fisher...please leave. if your relative was worth anything at a real position he's be playing it somewhere that's not d2. in fact....what is lower than a division 2 punter? oh i know. a relative trying to make it seem like a glorious position. bye bye.

do you have to know everything to post here? or just think you do?

From MSU Coach Rob Ash: “We evaluated a lot of punters, and thought he had the best leg and the best potential. We project that he’ll apprentice under Eric Fisher for a year then compete for the job after that.”

Yes, you were babbling something that made no sense about suing MSU for discrimination for not signing your little brother or something. That's about the time we told you to just leave us alone and redirected all emails from your email address to the spam bins.

Enjoy the use of our board ... but please don't clutter up the Bobcat Athletics board with any more of your foolishness.

Just out of curiosity, if this kid is so great why doesn't he leave school and get on as a free agent with an NFL team? I mean, that's what I'd do if I was that good.

The 28 yard average last year may make that kind of tough.

No, not when you consider that 7 of those punts should have been credited to the team, that they had limited wherewithal to long-snap until half-way through the season, and that their inability to kick field goals meant that punts were being performed with an LOS as close in as the opponent's 30 yard line. The real numbers are 34 gross/33 net in conference, and 32 gross/31 net over entire season. Measured spot to spot. Seven returns over the season for 32 yards, no touchbacks. The team had a post-season.

Not a bad thought. His coach is a 16 year NFL veteran. Veterano says he is the best talent he has seen in a while.

At any rate, we've gotten two offers in the time I was away. The NFL will have to wait.

Didn't stop him from getting two offers this summer.

Also, one of the reasons for the results last year, as juxtaposed to those of this season, is due to the fact that his coach last year was a starting PAC-10 punter?!?!?!?! :? :? :?
