It's a case of various people doing really stupid things. Granted, I've never met anyone associated with the case, but that's what it all comes down to. Frank Brown made some terrible mistakes, as did the girl involved. As a result, two lives are much to worser.

There are no winners here. The court will determine appropriate consequences for both. There's enough evil in the world. Hopefully, we all have learned a bit about the terrible consequences of doing really stupid things. No one meant to ruin their lives when they went into that apartment on Remington Way that night. And, without doubt, sometime in the future, some other female will enter an apartment where some guy has planned activities without thinking. Don't be that guy/girl. Don't let your friends be that guy/girl. Don't even let your enemies be that guy/girl.
Great advice and I am done. I agree this should end.

the dumbest thing Frank did was not plead the 5th ammendment, admitting to knowing the girl was 15 might as well made it an open and shut case. I agree that he was ignorant in his actions, the thing I don't understand is why couldn't he have found a girl his own age...starting point guard for the cats...couldn't have been too hard of an assignment. I wish both Frank and the girl the best, and hope they both recover from this incident and go on to lead successful, positive lives.

The list of dumb things Brown did is longer than what i want to go into, but admitting that he knew she was 15 is not at the top of the list!! If I can take one positive thing about this incident, to say about Frank, it would have to the way he has taken responciblity. It shows some level of character on his part and it also is the one positive for the victim.
