Double header and lots of action this weekend

Post by msusportsinfo » Wed Dec 02, 2009 12:03 pm

Don't miss the opening of the men's conference season this weekend on Friday at 8:00 vs. undefeated Northern Colorado. The women are in action first at 5:30 against a nationally rated Gonzaga team. A great night of hoops. Saturday night is the men at 7 against NAU and Sunday at 2 the women round out the weekend against MSU-Northern.

I noticed the mens game is at 8:05. Will it be on Altitude (Northern CO)? Or is the late start just due to the women playing, too?

I might come over. :-k

It's late because of the women's game. I don't see it listed for Altitude.

Does one ticket get us into the women's and men's game on Friday night?

I have season tickets to the mens games. The athletic department sent me tickets for the womens game last week, so my guess is no, but I dont know for sure.

I wondered the same thing. I called the ticket office and they told me that the ticket for the women's game vs. Gonzaga will get you in free for the women's game on Sunday and the Men's ticket vs. UNC will get you a 50% discount on a ticket for the following night vs. NAU.

I assume that they will not be "clearing out" the arena so as long as you find a nice "quiet" place to sit that someone does not have a ticket for, you could definitely catch both games
