This site was never intended to be the same or offer the same courtesy level as any other site. We are trying to run a message board that is informative and fun for anyone that wants to participate in a civilized manner. The smack board is wide open for anyone to post whatever they like...so you can do that as you please. As far as BAC deleting posts that is in order to keep the threads on topic as that was our desire when starting this site.

Deal with the rules or don't participate it is that simple. If you don't like the rules start you own message board and you can make these decisions!!

Just to let everybody know why I am doing what I did on this thread, here is how I replied to Bozgriz when he pm'ed me (essentially asking why the posts were deleted and respecfully disagreeing with that treatment:

There is a double standard on this thread only. We're trying to use this as a brainstorming session and don't want it to be distracted by a Cat/Griz back and forth bitch fest, so we we're allowing smack-like stuff from Cats to the extent that it can lead to something useful later (like perhaps an iteration of an existing smartass cheer that is cleaner and perhaps useful).

I know that it might be annoying, but we are really trying to use the joke and slogan threads for brainstorming and want them to stay on-point. Any other thread, and I would be in full agreement that it would go to the smack thread and not enter into the main board at all.

I know this might seem unfair, but rest assured that this approach applies only to these two threads.

So to everyone who wants to keep posting the great ideas, please keep posting, but let's completely avoid any tangental conversations on this thread that will distract it from its purpose. And yes, that particularly relates to Griz fans who want to take offense at some of the smartarse suggestions put up by Cat fans. Start a thread on the smack board if you want to discuss particular items -- that is perfectly fine (and encouraged).

Actually, the bumper stickers are for the Huskies at UW. I would say that Ducks' fans hate the Huskies even more than the Beavers.
