I see that the players in Missoula are not exempt for behavior unbecoming. Check out the missoulian.com for the complete story.

Re: Griz-Lex Hilliard
I was wondering how long a Cat fan was going to jump on this. Did you read the article? He didn't do anything worth being arrested for. They had a fight, she got nervous because he's built like a brick house, and called the cops. All he did was had an arguement with his girlfriend and she freaked out. Who hasn't had this happen to them.grizhatr wrote:I see that the players in Missoula are not exempt for behavior unbecoming. Check out the missoulian.com for the complete story.

People in Bozeman know that same thing basically happened with one of the coaches awhile back. He was proved to be innocent as well. My point is cat eater, that stuff happens all of the time, regardless of who they represent or don't. By the way, I didn't have to jump, as it is printed in your dearly beloved paper!

Lex may be a good kid and doubtless has a bright future in football based on his freshmen year. But, according to the report, he did somehow accidentally hit the girl in the face. If it was an accident that is one thing. If not, I have no respect for him and wonder if he needs some anger management?

Doesn't sound like too much of a big deal now. If it's the last time something like this happens I would say it was "just one of those things that happens between men and women". If it happens again...then perhaps some sort of intervention is indicated. Everyone knows arguments with women can get heated especially when infidelity is at the root. I would venture to say she may have called the police just because of the reason CTOWM brings forth...he's huge!
Lets just hope Vernon Smith isn't involved...

Vernon Smith, now that's a guy I wouldn't defend. Never liked him.

what? you've moved up to flipping burgers? When do you get to run the til? that's where the big bucks start coming in.grizhatr wrote:cat eater, there you go assuming i flip fries for a living.
I wouldn't put any blame on Lex for going for the phone. I would've done the same. Police have more important things to do than help a woman that is obviously using 9-1-1 to get back at him. I'm sure during the fight there were things said that pissed her off. When guys get pissed, they either go out with a prettier girl, go to the strip club, or both. Women think of other ways, like calling the police..."I'll put that bastard in jail...yeah"

No, 25 yard line. Sometimes the 50 (if the tickets aren't being used). But I have sat in the NEZ, it's a lot of fun. Especially when they start throwing candy and stuff.grizhatr wrote:Let me guess, you sit in the north end zone, don't you?

Jury?? It's a misdemeanor. It'll be a small fine, don't do it again, now get back to work.grizhatr wrote:I sat in that same proximity during that cold day in November when we beat your sorry...! Whoops, I forgot this isn't the smack board. Since I got a few people with their panties in knots, lets just wait til the nice boy goes to court and let a judge decide or a jury for that matter.
My guess is that any charges will be dropped and you'll be saying...."white meat, you were right, I was wrong. You're good-looking, I'm ugly. You're smart, I'm dumb. Can I buy you a beer at the Cat-Griz game? Go Griz!"

I haven't started my shift at the King of Burger's just yet. You don't know yet what the outcome is on his plea, or are you his attorney? Or the other, have you been charged with smacking women around too? I myself wouldn't know what the charge would be, because the only ticket I have ever received was a speeding ticket. As far as the looks comment, I am pretty positive your way uglier than I myself. Now you go back to work.

I haven't hit any girls since the 3rd grade (and she was way bigger than me;-)), I'm just saying, it doesn't sound too serious and I'd be willing to bet the charges will be dropped. It's all just my wonderful opinion though. If I'm wrong, you can come on here and let me have it.
When you get to work, can I have a Double Cheese with Bacon and some bar-b-que'd fries.....to go?
