At the risk of being forced to see more pictures of Miss Pflu
Ctowm, I have that exact camera (though not in the pretty girly red color you obviously prefer). I am not a pro or anything, but as a guy who needed a camera for the usual family type stuff I gotta say it is great. Price has come down since I got which makes it even better, but it is really handy and easy to use.

Agree with Alpha, go with HD. It can take a lot of space, but when you don't need it you can turn down the quality to save space. It's just nice to have it. And besides, sd cards are cheap anymore.

Ctown, if interested the videos I am posting on the endzone groundbreaking ceremony thread were taken with that camera. One other note that I would say if you do get that camera, after using it for almost an hour today I have realized that an additional battery (probably a little higher capacity one than comes with it) is going to be a necessity.
