It is pretty good usually. Though I will gaurantee right now that sometime in the next couple weeks a I-AA team will beat a I-A and that I-A will make the list the following week (if they weren't already there) with a comment disparging I-AA. My money is on EWU and San Jose St. for this honor.

I fell asleep before the final, but Idaho was giving WSU a decent game.

I'm hoping to make it to that game tomorrow afternoon, and I'm definitely hoping to see an "upset." I'll see if I can make some new friends in the EWU section.

ewu and someone else is going to beat a 1A

mark this down, they are going to say that a football team from the south east actually deserves #1 but damn those californians and their USC football team!!

Boy, you guys (and also the Griz fans) were really hoping for EWU to beat San Jose State, it didn't happen. I didn't think it would. If I were in Montana I could have made some money on that game.

EWU should have beat them ... but the football gods just weren't smiling on them that sunny day in the south bay.

It will be interesting to see if Utah State does better against San Jose next month (at HOME) than EWU did (away). USU should have two wins by then UNLV and Idaho, but then it might be a long season for them??

I agree LionFan, we did beat Idaho and UNLV last year, but that was last year. From all accounts we are a MUCH bettert team this year. But I think Idaho is too. They hung pretty well with Washington State last week. We did not have a game last week, our game was cancelled because the team we were to play is from Louisiana. We open with the Utes, it will be a long, long night for us, again.....

Speaking of being much improved, SJSU might be the surprise team in the WAC, but Idaho and USU might be too, who knows at this point. I think we will make a game of it against SJSU, don't worry. (I detected your sarcasm.)

Anyway, after the Okie State game I think the Cats just might win the Big Sky title this year, if they beat the Griz that is. It will come down to the winner of the Cat/Griz game.

I sure would like to see the Ags and Cats resume playing in basketball again, any chance that it might happen?
