Great effort today, your players should be very proud. One more break could have been the difference. I like reading your game threads some of you crack me up. As a griz fan some comments are abrasive but overall very entertaining. Good luck the rest of the year and I will check in next sat. Again great showing!

impressive showing! seems all the big sky teams that were stepping up this week played well early, only to fade late. sac state gave cal a real tussle for a half, eastern had the lead on san jose state, and portland state seemed to be doing well against oregon state, but all three games wound up in decisive losses.

to see you hang right till the end--while missing your best receiver--again, very impressive. helps the entire conference.

Congrats Cats !

The best compliment I can pay was actually stated better by an OSU fan:

I told you guys a couple of months back not to take these guys lightly. Being in Idaho the last two years, I heard a lot about this team. They don't back down to anyone. They will stand tall and smash you in the mouth. And when you turn to spit out the blood, they'll pop ya from the other side. Anyone who would bear sub zero temperatures, high altitude, and being practically in the middle of nowhere to play football, has to be pretty serious about playing. I hate to say it, but we are damn lucky to be 1-0 right now. Hell, most of us just a few days ago were throwing up 40-0 and such type score predictions. I bet ya one thing...these guys were banking on coming here and winning. Had they had their premier receiver, they probably would have won by ten to 17 points.

Again, Good job.
The state of Montana, the BSC, and I-AA shares the pride you must deservedly feel today.

Cudos from Bozgriz...Cats stood above the crowd yesterday. Congrats on a great effort, looks like I better rethink that 6-5 projection! :D

Some of us are Montanans first - and football fans second.
Nothing I'd like better than to see us both go deep into the playoffs.
I'd like the same things for the Cats as the Griz - provided it doesn't cost the Griz.
Anyway, Good job and good luck.

10 lousy points? I thought you guys were supposed to have an offense this year? ;)

Just kidding, guys -- congratulations on an awesome game. I was out all weekend and didn't see or hear much about the game, but I was completely shocked when I saw the score. I thought I'd throw in my congrats as well. We're all proud of you, and it should be a fun year in the BSC.

I'm trying to decide which quote about the game I like best...Kramer saying "...we let a giant off the hook", or El Gato's (paraphrase)..."If the final score of the Griz/Oregon game is 5 points, the rest of the BSC should pack their bags, and go home."

Put the suitcase away, folks...the latter ain't gonna' happen. If we show half the "sack" in Eugene the Cats showed in Stillwater
we might have a chance.

We don't have Lulay, you do...Damn you, you lucky Cats!

Nice game, very impressive. I was watching the ESPN ticker (in a little shock) hoping to see the upset. At least they know who you are now (wonder if Colorado will be re-thinking your date next year?).

Now for the love of God take care of business against SFA and NDSU.
