Just looking at the schedule, I see we have to play SDSU this year. Any of you guys out there have the scouting report on them?

5 out of the first 7 are at home.

This team needs to be 6-1 at best, 5-2 at worst after this opening schedule to position themselves for the 3/4 ending road schedule that includes Flagstaff and Missoula.

Just my opinion. This 2004 squad cannot accept another mediocre opening to the season and expect to overcome it.

Hey Rabbit! I see Minnesota State is on last years schedule...I didn't know there really was a Minnesota State...so are they the Screaming Eagles?

Minnesota State-Mankato is the full name of the school and are a member of NDSU's and SDSU's former conference; the North Central Conference.

Previously, they were known as just Mankato State. I think it was about the time that "Coach" was ending that the school changed their name to have Minnesota State in it.

But no, they are not the Eagles. They are the Mavericks.
