Get some of that traditional early snow going in Bozeman. Those boys from Nacadoches don't like that darn snow too much :D

SFA GAME

Post by BobcatNTexas » Wed Sep 07, 2005 8:21 pm

I would not worry that much about SFA this weekend. I have read all about the DI transfers, but really, they are just someone elses throw-aways. Think about it, who gives up a good player these days...no one.

SFA really struggled with a middle of the road DII team from Arkansas. My god, when was the last time anyone played good football in Arkansas?
From what I have read and the people I spoke with, they had great difficulty stopping the passing attack and until late in the 3rd Qtr, their offense never got going. They just wore down the DII team, not beat them.

The Cats should just do what they always do, throw the ball and play tough hard nosed D. This team from Texas is does measure up to its press clippings. New coach, new staff, all new players, its just like an expansion team. There is no cohesion like we have at MSU. This game will be over at half, write this down.

Hmmm, this seems like it could be a shrewd attempt by a SFA fan to lull us into a false sense of confidence. It may work on us fans, but the men on the team won't be taking SFA so lightly.

Gotta be an imposter...when's the last time any real Cat fan actually believed, "this game will be over by half time...write this down."

 ...reminds me of TT saying CWU will be just a taste before the main course... Classic quote.

I was told that we have a 30% chance of rain or snow tommorrow. It is 85 in bozeman today, but is going to get real cold tonight.

The NWS and the Chronicle are both showing low 60's & a chance of some rain, but it doesn't look like it's going to piss on us all game...

Grizzlies: 2-5 when it matters most
