Hmm....

Didnt he miss the first game, not because he was being disciplined by the staff, but because he had a court date in Spokane the day of the game

anybody else think the judge used a fizz schedule and set that date on purpose

ahh Yep thats right, and that is a very good possibility... I honestly wouldnt doubt that does/did happen quite often.
