Possible new OT
Rumor has it that there was a 6-7 330 lb 18 year old tackle looking over the campus this last weekend. No idea if he signed or not.

Academics. From MSU Sports Information:
Bobcats Open Camp* * * COMINGS AND GOINGS * * *
A pair of offensive linemen dropped out of the picture for MSU
as fall camp began. Rory Canfield, a junior college offensive lineman
who redshirted last year with an injury, informed the Bobcat coaches he
would not return. Canfield entered camp as a reserve guard. Also
Patrick
Farrar, a redshirt center last year, told the MSU staff he would not
return to the team. He was a walk-on.In addition, prep signee Brian
Williams and junior college transfer Corky Lindsay each failed to
qualify academically, and won't join the squad this fall. Williams is
expected to grayshirt and arrive at MSU in January.

Well that is really dissapointing to hear that about Lindsay. I hope he gets his grades in order and can still attend next year then maybe. Grenfell/Force looked super in spring drills so I think this may only really hurt us in depth back there. The kid sure looked like he has some speed/hitting skills on those clips I saw of him though.
