Most of the kids on the Billings team were recruited by Pfeiffer.

Only 5 players out of 15 from Pfeiffer's team in 2010-11 carried over to the roster of 12 for Stevens 2011-12 season. Of the 10 that left the program, only two were Seniors--DeAndre Chambers and Raason Young. The other 8 were juniors, sophomores, and freshmen, and the majority of these were "encouraged" to look for other opportunities as I understand it. That's an incredible turnover and to make it out that that this team is made up of all of Pfeiffer's "guy's" isn't exactly true. Stevens is going to have no problem recruiting himself given his age and the style he has his team play. He'll also recruit players that he (and anyone associated with MSUB) won't have to worry about when he goes to bed each night. Of course, Pfeiffer didn't lose any sleep himself over his players since he simply didn't care what they did when they weren't playing basketball.
