Revisited -- List of Non Returners

Post by grizhatr » Mon Aug 23, 2004 11:28 am

Did anyone look at that list posted by Bear Axed on Egriz? Seems pretty big, as they were mentioning. Obviously teams have their comings and goings, but does anyone out there know why some of these names, which did contribute last year, left? Was it all academics or just never going to see any playing time whatsoever?

He copied that from a post made over here yesterday by Raincat. You know bb doesn't do original material -- cut and paste only.

Not to sound too curt, but this might stress how we should be sure to read all of the posts on this board before we bother spending too much time on that other board.

And actually, from that list only Goodman really contributed last year. Barbero filled in for the Weber game, but I think my grandma's brother was used for OL help that game.

Honestly, there really isnt anyone on that list (exception to Goodman) who I could give two hoots about. If some of these kids are academic casualties, I know Kramer is not much for giving second chances to those kids. They are here for #1 education, #2 football and Kramer lets them know that. If they cant cut it in the classroom with all the help they get in tutors, required study sessions, summer classes, etc. then Kramer isnt afraid to cut those players loose. And I commend him for that.
