I have been critical of Coach Huse this season because of the player turnover during his tenure. And I still think that is a problem which needs to be addressed by someone.
That said, I think the Bobcats had a great week last week winning three of four games. I commend their unselfish play, and their newly found success at the free throw line. (Thanks to Gidal for pointing this out.

) The Cats are on a run, and I hope they keep it going on the road this week in Cheney and Portland.

For all of you who have not showed up for any games this year you are definately missing out. The team is playing it's heart out and leaving it all on the floor. We have six more home games left so lets spread the word. This is not last years team. Let's fill the Brick for the rest of the season and give the Bobcats the same support we give the football team. Maybe the students can even show up, which would be an incredible lift for these young men. I've stayed faithful to this team since I moved to Bozeman in 1980 and I don't regret any of it. What else is there to do in Bozeman most winter nights. GO CATS!!

Thanks for the jinx...

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

I know that Eastern Washington plays pretty well at home, but I was surprised to see them beat Montana St. Seems like the Bobcats are nearly as inconsistent as North Dakota is. If they hadn't fell apart against the Griz and Eagles, they'd have a firm hold on 3rd place right now.
