Good story. I don't know if this is good for the cats or bad?

Re: Defense
It all depends on our CB's I think. Hopefully Austin is back in this week and I thought Ryan Force did a heck of job moving to corner from safety last week. Fuller took his lumps, but he has the physical skills to play CB in the Big Sky and this could be a blessing in disguise for the Cats in the next few years as he is a freshman gaining valuable playing time. Should be some good games this weekend in the Big Sky. Lots of OFFENSE and no defense so far. If any offense sputters for any team, it could be their downfall this week. I think we should be able to put up some nice rushing numbers this week, just a hunch.jagur1 wrote:http://www.missoulian.com/articles/2004 ... orts02.txt

I think a key to victory on Saturday will be having a great running day. Keeping ISU's offense off the field will be the best thing we can do for our defense and a solid running day will be critical. It sounds like they have given up some big yardage numbers this season on the ground already. I think Milton ran well against CSU in a limited role. Turn his 10 carries for 50 yards into 25 carries for 130 yards and we are in business. That would help the passing game as well. I also hope Austin is back this week. I think Fuller learned a lot last week but his confidence can't be too high and I don't think ISU is the team to help him get it back.
