Yeah, that's a really nice thing to do. I don't have a lot of extra money right now (college student) but I bet there would be a lot of people who would donate. Nice work, Rebecca.

GO CATS!
It's always a good day to be a Bobcat fan! :) =D^ \:D/

aw shucks boys you make me blush  Just trying to help a pal.

DJ (richard) was hit by a car when on his motorcycle as a teen. He lives in Yuma, and he's an awesome friend has his PhD in Forensic Psych, goes whitewater rafting, great babysitter, and so full of life. the rugby thing freaked me out, that's the athletic trainer in me worrying about his health. His mom is the one looking for hot F&W man  we are very good friends as well. He is trying to help raise funds for tournaments so he can play in USA Quad rugby Championships. So please anyone that knows of a good sponsor let me know and i'll send footage of these maniacs in action :D :D :D

I knew a Maggot, but they don't really have many sponsors of their own, let alone one to spare. Anyone with rugby ties I'd love to hear from you.

a new team - not the phoenix heat, that was DJ's old team.

Arizona Predators

The Arizona Predators Quad wheelchair Rugby Team is one of the newest and hottest teams to enter into the United States Quad Rugby Association (USQRA). Quad rugby is a fast paced, full contact wheelchair sport played indoors on a modified basketball court by individuals with some loss of function in all four limbs. The sport is also known as Murderball and Wheelchair Rugby, depending on where you are in the world. Quad is short for quadriplegic, meaning all players have four limbs that are impaired. Regardless of Age, Race, or Gender, the Arizona Predators is made up of both experienced and new players and strives to offer people of all skill levels the opportunity to play in what is the worlds fastest growing wheelchair sport. Current research involving spinal cord injury rehabilitation documents that participation in team sports helps the newly injured increase self-esteem, form mentoring relationships, and helps them to more effectively transition into life with a spinal cord injury. Our goal as a team is to provide peer support and to offer an outlet in which to overcome disbeliefs, fears, and motivate players to achieve personal goals and success.
The Arizona Predators relies on donations of equipment and money from businesses and the community to help support the team. Our mission is to inspire disabled athletes and their families to come out of their homes, participate in an intense sport, and develop a strong foundation of support and lifetime friendships. By donating, you will enable the team to have a fun, healthy, and positive atmosphere in which to practice and provide them with the opportunity to travel for competitions. With your help, the Arizona Predator players will be able to return to the mainstream of society, increase independence, and network with others spinal cord injured persons thereby allowing them to learn about dealing with a disability. Furthermore, funding allows players to become a part of a positive organization that emphasizes dedication, motivation, good sportsmanship, and a positive attitude.
Tax Information
The Arizona Predators Quad Rugby Team is a non-profit 501-C3 organization. As such, all your donations to the Predators are tax deductible. Please consult with your tax professional for more information. Proof of our 501-C3 status is available upon request. To help support the Arizona Predators you can send a money order or personal check payable to Arizona Predators and mailing it to:
