How was the TV broadcast?

Post by BelgradeBobcat » Mon Oct 04, 2004 10:33 pm

For the precious few who saw the game on TV, how did Altitude Network do? Who were the announcers? Did they know anything? Did they have replays? Did they have enough camera angle? etc. etc.

many a great falls fans watched the games....it was at the brick sports bar, the u-bet and i hear the halftime....

i for one thought the camera work was bad...to many times the followed the play action, etc.

but, it was better than nothing at all!

So is this going to go on for the rest of the season? Altitude buys the game and holds out for Bresnan or Omega buying their feed? Looks like we are the ones who suffer! Boy, it wreaks of the Doug Fullerton touch!

I thought the telecast was good and the announcers were good. One of the announcers was really biased for MSU so you have to like that! :) I agree, the camera work was really bad (especially on the punt returns and kick off returns). They did give a LOT of replays though which I liked. I actually like that its on Dish Network as now I can record them all on my DISH DVR (TIVO).

Well, since you are so proud of yourself maybe you can get a DVD burner and record us all copies.

I still think NFL Sunday Ticket, College Game Plan, MLB Extra Innings, and 20(give or take a few) different Fox Sports channels outweighs two Altitude sports games per year, so I'm sticking with my DirecTV... Maybe Altitude will decide to play with the big boys next season. Until then, I'll be waiting for those DVD's in the mail.

In Billings all tailgate parties have been cancelled at the Billings Hotel due to Altitude sports or should I say the lack of their coverage. This really stinks of Fullerton. I am thinking that the Billings hotel is somewhat doing it in protest of Altitude and to maybe send a suttle message to Fullerton. Even though Fullerton is no longer at MSU he still interferes with the sucess of Bobcat football. I am hoping to catch Peter Fields this weekend and give him my 2 cents worth. I think this really stinks and Fullerton is right in the middle of the stink pile. Go Cats beat Weber.
