Rib Crib

So I was flipping through the Bozeman classifieds doing some research and I see a franchise called the Rib Crib is looking for a general manager. Does Bozeman really need another franchise BBQ joint? Why aren't more unique restaurants opening? At least a Buffalo Wild Wings or something would be different than another BBQ joint.

Sorry, just a random rant for the day.

I miss Fat Boys BBQ and Montana Fats. And Spanish Peaks.

Anyone remember Monkey Don's? They were only open for 2 or 3 years, but they had some gooooooooood ribs.

I also miss Spanish Peaks. Yeah, they have a website that plays really loud music so I don't suggest checking it out during work!

Anyway, they are only in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, etc. right now so why they are moving into Bozeman seems strange. I just don't think with Famous Dave's and Bar 3 already in place that Bozeman needs another BBQ joint yet. Just my opinion.
