It is all part of the UM career training program. Mascot, custodial training, and he probably spent a little time running the concession fryer too.

How many griz fans are absolutely devastated that this photo got into the wrong hands? How many kids are crushed that Monte is, first of all, a human, and second, one that cries and gives such vulgar gestures? And furthermore, griz fans must be appalled that their beloved mascot has to change ON THE FLOOR IN A G-D BROOM CLOSET??? This can't be good for enrollment--they don't even love Monte, how do you think they're going to treat you as an incoming freshman? This is the nail in the coffin.
