This probably interests my inner nerd more than most, but Gallatin County's growth this past decade has been striking. Almost 112,000 in the County now. 22,000 since 2010-which means Gallatin County is rapidly catching up to larger and also fast growing Missoula and Yellowstone Counties. Now if only we could convert all those new people into Bobcat fans.

Re: Gallatin County Growth
Statewide population is growing. The current estimates shows Montana now has more people than Rhode Island. RI has two US reps and Montana only has one. So that will probably change after the 2020 census if the estimates are correct. There will be a huge push to get everybody counted in the next census obviously.
