Women's VB Quarterfinal

Game is on Pluto if the NFL is boring you!

Women are the #4 seed, playing #5 Sac State. Sac State is hosting the tourney, so MSU is the home team on Sac's court.
Bobcats took the first set 25-20.

Announcer says MSU hasn't won in Sac since 1997.

Cats end up having to actually battle a bit in the third set, but end up taking it 25-19. Up 2-1 going into the 4th.

Pretty fair crowd. Only see the one side but not too bad.

Announcer said Sac had something like a 32 game home winning streak, and I mentioned above, MSU hadn't won there since 1997. So not only a good tourney victory, a big win in a couple other ways too.

I caught the tail end of the game and will definitely be tuning in at 8 tonight against UNC. Great time to be a Cat.

Dang-they were right there against UNC the whole way, but lost 3-1. Really good season and a lot to build on.
