nevergotmyGED...
YOU got a degree? From CSU??
Damn; to think of all the time I wasted in Bozeman getting a diploma...
When all I had to do was send for one from CSU.
University of Montana, move over, CSU has taken the crown of "Biggest Joke of a School" in America. neverhadsexwithawoman has put them over the top!

Yes,. I am proud to say............
I am a CSU graduate, in 1962, with a 6-year education.
I moved to Montana and started my own professional business in 1981, in Billings. Montana, now is like what Colorado used to be like 50 years ago.
Unfortunately, all of that is changing now with the profusion of Californicators who are now entering & taking up residence in our State, primarily to Bozeman, Missoula & The Bitteroot Valley and Flathead Valley - it really SVCKS what they are doing to our communities!
I loved watching the pasting the Bobcats received from my Alma Mater earlier this fall. It would have been worse except for the fact this is one of CSU's worst seasons in years. Besides, Sonny Lubick wasn't about to run up the score on one of the teams he previousy coached! Lubick has class -something totally missing from Kramer! I think Kramer SVCKS! This gives credence to the fact that STATE is the MSU Moniker, by some.......Anything to get under your skin.
Really, I don't care who wins in the final showdown this year. I just hope that it turns out to be a meaningful game for both teams.

People like this piss me off, and the fact that he rips on the Bobcats is the least of my reasons why.
Why in the hell was it okay for you to move to Montana to start a business, but it is inherently evil for anyone from California to so much as look up Montana on Google? That is the textbook definition of hypocrisy, and it sickens me.
You know what? Montana is a great place, and despite the fact that a few short-minded mental midgets would like to construct a wall around the state and never let anyone in, people are going to continue to move here. Which is a GOOD thing! You and I may not think the weather here is too bad, but most people in the rest of the country do - that fact alone will keep Montana from ever getting too big. If you haven't noticed, the Montana economy is in the sh*tter - how can you argue that people moving here and starting companies is a bad thing?!?!
Maybe if people such as this would instead focus their energy on welcoming people to our great state, as opposed to whining about it and making them feel ostracized and bitter, there would be a better collaboration between the two and perhaps this state could work together to get things turned around! I am going to stop this rant here, because I could go on about this forever...
Your feelings and words about Kramer dissolve any remaining shred of credibility you might have had. I can easily see how opposing teams don't like Kramer, he makes it fun to hate him with some of the crazy things he says. Personally, I think it is more goofy than anything. Concerning the griz, though, he has NEVER said a disparaging word about the griz. This includes public and in private. He admires the griz program, and models our plan for success after theirs'.
Somehow, I highly doubt that you "don't care who wins the final showdown this year." Everything you have said points to the contrary. Take pride in the fact that your I-A school beat I-AA Montana State - in fact, you better keep some game tape, because you might not see the Rams win another game this entire year.

BozoneCat,
That's a great post. I've never understood why people feel they have more of a right to live here than anyone else. I'm a 3rd generation Montanan and it makes no difference to me where someone is from. As long as they care about Montana.
I also think Kramer is a class act. Never heard a bad word about UM come out of his mouth.

continued....................
I have no objection at all to anyone from any other state moving here & starting companies here in Montana - some that offer good paying jobs to boot.
What rankles me is these Californicators and others from the West & East Coasts who move here, build trophy homes, only to live in them 6 weeks out of the year, while driving real estate costs out of sight.
I consider myself lucky to have found Montana when I did, and even luckier to be able to retire here and continue living here after working for 42+ years. I am extremely thankful I live here and I would like to see others be able to "afford" living here.
As to who wins the BSC, I could care less. If it turns out to be a Montana Team, I will fully support them into the playoffs and hopefully the National Championship.
Bozone Cat, people like you make me want to throw-up you sanctimonious podunk jerk!

I think I picked the score to be 55-21, or something close to that. But I did say I thought the griz would get a couple late scores to make it look better, too. That is the way I honestly thought the game was going to go, and I would make the same pick if they were to play again this week. Who knows, though, the griz just might have a decent football team this year!?!?!jagur1 wrote:Bozo you really didn't pick the Griz to lose by 6 TDs to EWUman you blew that one.

Re: continued....................
Those "trophy" homes are one of the main things that provide jobs in Montana. The construction business is booming and providing many Montana families with jobs. Rising real estate prices aren't as extreme as many people like yourself like to pretend. Your post shows one true thing and that is jealousy, plain and simple!neverplayed wrote:I have no objection at all to anyone from any other state moving here & starting companies here in Montana - some that offer good paying jobs to boot.

And, interestingly, it appears that he made his money in Billings, then moved to Kalispell to retire. In the process, he undoubtably created more demand for housing in Kalispell while creating no jobs there, apparently driving up the price of real estate beyond the grasp of "Montanans" in that area. So apparently it is okay to do what he protests against if one makes their money in a different region of Montana, but it is evil if one is from outside the borders of the state.hokeyfine wrote:people like neverplayed are what the problem is in montana. why isn't he mad at the montanan's who sold their property for these homes? you're a snob and ignorant.
That's a strange position from which to bitch.
