We've had some doozies against ISU. Anybody remember that home game back in about 2016 when Delaney Junkermier hit a last second three to send it to OT against them? This game felt a lot like that one.

Wow...thanks for sharing. I chuckled looking at the play a couple times. Above in the thread we were talking about how sometimes it doesn’t seem like we have a good play designed for a last second shot....but if you watch this it was clearly drawn up for Tori to wait on the screen from Darian after her inbound pass and then take the shot. Watch Tori...she is bouncing on her feet, antsy to move but she waits until Darian gets a body on her defender and breaks around for the open shot. Nice design, nice execution, nice shooting!!

Down three with 12 seconds I watched Jackson miss a three and ISU get the rebound and get fouled. Like an idiot I turned the game off thinking it was over. I see in the clip above, Martell tied it with a three. But how did we get the ball back? Did ISU miss both free throws??????

More importantly - does anyone know where I can watch the end of the game and the OT?
Correct. ISU missed both free throws, MSU rebounded and advanced the ball into the frontcourt with a timeout, and Tori was able to get open for a tying 3 on the inbounds play.

I turned it off too. But a buddy texted that Tori buried a 3, so I was able to watch the OT. I know, call me a quitter. I deserve it!

And then of course ISU beats us with a last second three in Reno ](*,) A horrible memory that still wakes me up at night.
This one gives us back the upper hand!

And you did have to bring that up didn’t you!!!! Ha! Yep we won the regular season that year and they upset us in the opening game of tourney. We were up by 10 with a bit over a minute to go.....most devastating loss I saw against them.

Well now let that be a lessen to you! Hahaha
I won't give you the full details but after Tori's 3pt there was 0.6 seconds left so it was ISU ball for an inbound and that's when things got even more interesting. You'll have to watch for yourself.

It should be available sometime tonight probably by 7ish. Go to the site bellow and there is a bar with prev. the date next click on prev. and scroll down to find the game, it's well worth it.

Yep usually takes a day to get uploaded. Except if you beat the Grizzlies in Grizzlyville....then it might never get uploaded. You might think i still have a bit of a chip on my shoulder about that one...and I do!

Remember last years 4th quarter comeback by WBB in Missoula...Griz were up like 14 in Q4....Fallyn Freji hits a shot to tie the game and send to OT....we win in OT. I couldn’t watch the game that day because I was traveling so was anxious to see the replay of the whole game. But they only uploaded part of Q1 and none of the rest of game!!! I wrote to BigSky a couple times on that one!! You don’t suppose some of the film crew in Grizzlyville purposely did that do you? Ha! Oh well.

ISU finally misses some free throws. We were lucky for that...but ISU was lucky for all our misses. I guess it kinda evened out there. This team is prone to long scoring droughts. Usually we have such a big lead it doesn't matter. ISU's offensive rebounding was outstanding, but how did the ball always seem to fall their way-that was weird.

This is a great win. It puts us in a good position for the 2 seed. We'll need to have some help to get the #1 and I don't see ISU losing to anybody else. ISU's splits against UI and MSU without losing to anybody else positions them well.

Tori Martell has hit a lot of big shots and had a lot of big games for MSU. This was one of her best. After hitting to tie it up she owned that OT-that was incredible.
This team has come an incredibly long way from the one that split its first two conference weekends against UNC and PSU, struggling mightily on offense in the process. Coach Binford, give her whatever raise she wants if we can because I'll be surprised if she doesn't start getting some offers that will be hard to turn down.

As you say, MSU is in great position for the #2 seed if they can get at least a split with Idaho next weekend. If it's a split and the two teams finish tied, MSU's sweep over NAU compared to Idaho's split would be the tiebreaker assuming MSU takes care of business against a one-win Sac State team on the last weekend. Not that it matters too much whether you're #2 or #3 in a neutral site tournament.
Are you sure on that tie breaker? Reason I ask is that Idaho swept Portland State and Bobcats split with PSU. Idaho split with NAU and Bobcats swept NAU. So I don’t know how the tie breaker works in that situation.

Let’s just sweep them and not worry about it!!

Limardo has hardly played in the second half.
I don’t think Jackson has sat a minute after halftime.

Tiebreakers are first based on head-to-head records of the two (or more) teams tied, and in the case of a split then goes by head-to-head records against each team moving down the standings. NAU (9-9) is very likely to finish ahead of PSU (6-8), so MSU's sweep against NAU would give them the edge before Idaho's sweep against PSU would come into play. I agree though, let's go for the sweep and hope for a championship if ISU stumbles!

Of the teams we cover like "beats", this one is the most fun by far this season. Great style of play, great team chemistry, great effort and such lovely young ladies to work with. They are all so pleasant and cheerful! Montana State should be very proud of product Tricia Binford is putting on the floor right now.
