This looks pretty interesting. The nine minute clip was pretty neat. They even had a clip of my old high school.

I can't believe they didn't feature the Red Raiders or Wildcats.

Class C kicks ass.

Very cool. But Winnett? That place is the twilight zone of MT. (Apologies to my friends from Winnett ... we 7C kids have to take cute little shots at each other when we can).

I was on a Class C State Championship girls basketball team...ah, good times.

I remember playing in Reedpoint's old gym when the lines were all but painted on the walls and I also played in Winnett a few times. The last time, pieces of the ceiling tiles were falling down around us.

When I was in high school, there was so much yellow on the walls in Winnett and the lights had a yellow hue, so it was like playing with tinted lenses.

What year did your team win state? My sister's team won 3 times and got third the other year ... and that's all I have brag about because my own teams always choked.

I think this will be something a lot of people will enjoy, especially people outside of those smaller towns. There is a kind of a negative stigma about "Class C" in some of the bigger towns in Montana (growing up in Great Falls, it would be said a lot "if it's not AA, it's C" and I don't think that was in a kind way). It's always fun to see how these smaller communities support all of their athletes along with traveling all over the state for tourneaments to watch. It's good to see people have so much pride in their programs win or lose.

No less than six. At that point in my life, I could throw around kids as old as nine or ten after I wore'em down in the early rounds.

The one thing I love about Class C is that there isn't a facility in the State big enough for the State C boys tourney. In 2000 when it was in Butte there were 3 undefeated teams and two of them with Native American schools. The night sessions in the Civic Center were sold out 2-3 hours after the morning/afternoon sessions were over. I've been to numerous state tourney's in all classes and Class C always has the bigger crowds.

I'm also like BAC and can only brag about my sister, but the year Harrison got third in girls and ...um...Winnifred (with BAC's sister) won the field house was as full as I've ever seen it for a women's athletic event. Almost sold out, every night.

I've lived in 4 class C towns in the last 25+ years and I just love it. the whole town gets behind the team. I graduated from high school at CMR and you just don't see that at the AA level. give me class C anytime. This should be a good show when they get it done.

I'm a AA person myself (I graduated from Bozeman in 2003) but I really like the Class C game. Or Classes A and B for that matter. I've been to several of the B and C tournaments when they were here in the Fieldhouse and they are a lot of fun and the fans are great. The girls teams also fill up an arena in that situation. I guess you know you're from Montana when a girls' basketball game fills up the gym. Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is that Class C ball is a lot of fun to watch.
