Re: Cats and T-Birds
When I heard he was coming here, I thought it was some kind of mistake. I remember seeing him on the floor for Washington a few times and he looked every part of a Pac-12 starter if not an all-star type. If Sprinkle can keep him playing within the team and keep his progression, he will be an all-time kind of player!lv2hoop wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 5:14 pmAmazing season continues for the Cats. 13-3 in the BSC and 21-6 overall heading into the stretch run of the season is better than most would've predicted for this squad. Raquan Battle has been an all conference player ever since he found his mojo.
Basketball is so funny. At the start of the season, Raquan looked lost. Sprinkle and his staff unlocked his potential somehow and like the announcer on today's broadcast said, it looks like UW lost out on a major talent when he transferred.

Great job by the guys today, continued to play D and attack the rim with the lead late. Nothing wrong with a road split this time of year. Big one next week.

Watching the replay. RayQuan Battle's 2nd half dunks-wow.
Is there a more whiny coach than SUU's Todd Simon? Well yeah, maybe Randy Rahe...or Travis DeCuire, but Simon is right up there.

Ah, that’s excellent. So he probably knew that MSU existed, even though he’s listed as from Puyallup. I hope he’s found a home. He certainly looks like he’s really focused. Nice that he has joined other good players and a good coach at MSU. Welcome to the State of Montana!

Todd Simon IMHO wins hands down over Randy Rahe. Rahe works the officials and it’s part of his game plan — and I even agree with him sometimes. Todd Simon rushed the court on every whistle, even one that went his way! The WAC will be so proud.BelgradeBobcat wrote: ↑Sat Feb 19, 2022 10:53 pmWatching the replay. Re: Cats and T-Birds
The only real drawback I’ve seen with RaeQuan is his defense at times. He can certainly improve there and will be a force in the Big Sky.

He already has made significant improvement. He held Knight III to well under his average. After a couple of attempts that wee checked by Raequan, he was looking to pass the rest of the night.
While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

I don't watch the CATS, only listen so have not seen RQ play, but if he can sky like it sounds it has to be intimidating. Will have to start following the highlights.

Yea Knight would drive in but Battle has such length and hops that he contested every layup or shot around the paint Knight took and he missed a lot of them.
