Fell behind 31-19 and have outscored Weber 54-23 since.

Very nice! The two doing the commentary gave a shout-out to all the Bobcat fans that attended and remarked at how loud they were - way to make your presence known.

Turned the heat on! Nice win ladies. Side bar- the two commentators have been great, and from my understanding have done all the games today?? Holy cow!

That was fun. The Kola and Darian show with lots of Taylor Janssen in between.

When I was in high school, as a fan, I got two technical fouls in basketball and a 15 yard penalty in football. I was a bit out of control then.

Is the world restored to its proper order?!!! Loved the energy and play in last 3 quarters. Best game I have seen them play since SUU. Wore Weber down. Rebounding still an issue. 1st half Weber outrebounded us 24-10. But got better as game went by.

Always a great day when the Bobcats win and a nice bonus when the gris lose.

Pretty good day so far for teams with gold (and blue) on the uniforms. If I were a betting man I think I'd go with Idaho in the last quarterfinal!

Kola was the difference. If she doesn't start like she did I don't think we are close enough to come back.
And then they had to come out on her and White room over

The Cats will get a rematch of last year's semifinals with Idaho tomorrow! Love to see SUU go out on their way out of the Big Sky.

It was nice to see Ranson do well today. She had some good defensive plays and added 4 points while maybe playing the most minutes she has all year.
She did well in the game and gave starters the chance to be more rested for tomorrow.
When she allows her confidence to catch up with her physical ability and talent, she will be a force to be reckoned with.

You kind of have a point there. I don't mind the play by play announcer so much though she could do a better job. The color announcer though really only knows 2 colors, maroon and silver. It really gets old hearing about who she played with and her sports injuries and oh! there's some Gis fans in the stands and I saw Monte the mascot and what great sportsmanship because a Gris player helped an opponent up (even though a half dozen other players did the same thing today but no mention of that) bla bla bla year after year.

Looks like all the other seeds are gone except NAU. Cats should have an advantage if they get to the chipper.

Congrats! Nice team win. I was uneasy that first quarter.....I think butterflies were impacting the team. Shooting was terrible.....then it was if a light was turned on and the Cats played to what they're capable of....hoping that's the case tonight against Idaho. It will be a battle!
BTW...last night was win #20.....add that to the men's total...we've seen 44 victories between the two bball programs this year. Amazing!!

My niece played high school basketball with Krista. Krista played for the Lady Griz, and does do a very good job, and does not come across as a Griz homer.

Re: Big Sky Tournament
I love that! I agree I’m confused by the homer talk, they had to cover every single team all day and were very complimentary of Coach Binford and how loud the MSU crowd was in Boise, and while their broadcasting was maybe a little bit more relaxed, I personally don’t need every part explained to me while I’m watching it, those are the announcers I usually get annoyed withMrs TrackCat wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 7:18 amMy niece played high school basketball with Krista.
