MBB at ISU

Struggling again to score. Down 19-18 halfway through the first half. Poor shooting continues so far 7-22.

Another stellar shooting slump that is becoming all too common.

Tied at 29 at halftime. Getting out rebounded and out shot. Defense has been great. Offense still slumping

How in the world can a college Div I team shoot 2 for 10 on 3 pointers?

The stat right now would make you think we’re getting blown out by double digits. :-k

Most team 3-point percentages are in the 30s, so 2 for 10 isn't unlikely at all over that small of a sample size.

Another uninspiring start. We’re forcing turnovers and capitalizing but we cant answer in regular possessions. They need some good forward momentum.

Tough night for Belo. 0 points (0-7 from the field), 4 fouls and 2 turnovers.

If it weren’t for Brown, we’d be in tough shape. His defense has been lights out tonight.

Currently shooting 13-45 (29%) and 2-14 (14%). That's hard to do. Thank goodness our defense has been great and iSU is just not good.

Battle has been struggling. Gotta wonder about some of the shot choices.

Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14, but 34-11 will do.

Tonight won't add to his resume to repeat as MVP. Really bad night.

Battle is nails. Big Sky officials can not help but make themselves front and center. We're going to win shooting terribly.

I've seen some ugly wins but this one is up there. Both teams looked awful. I'll take it but good grief. We were bad on this road trip.

Big win, avoiding the sweep on this road trip nicely solidifies MSU's top 2 spot heading into 3 of the last 4 at home. I'll refrain from commenting on the entertainment value!

Yeah it’s definitely been a weird year. This team is just loaded with talent…. But not playing even remotely close to their potential..? Is it coaching???

I dunno, it’s a head scratcher. Anyway, they got the win, so go cats!

Debating whether I should watch the replay or save the aggravation, enjoy the win, and move on. Don't like to see us not playing well going into Cat-griz. Especially since they seem to be playing really well.
