Why are the Men's and Women's games scheduled on opposite campuses?
They could share the charter flight if they traveled together.
I would speculate it may increase ticket sales for the Women's game?
Increase revenue and decrease costs. This seems to be a no brainer.
We do it for the Cat/Griz weekends? Why not for all conference games?

Re: Conference Schedule Question
Attending the Cat/Griz doubleheader is fun once per year, but it does really take up the entire day and I'm not sure if I'd want to do that 9 times during conference play. The Thursday doubleheaders would be especially tough, you'd either need to start the first game so early that a lot of fans would still be at work, or the last game would run so late that it would be bad for families with kids who need to go to school the next day.
I prefer the current model but would love to see either the men or women shift to a Friday/Sunday schedule so that there are never any conflicting gametimes.

Re: Conference Schedule Question
Good point. Would fans be willing to attend 2 games on Thursday and Saturday?MSU01 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 2:34 pmAttending the Cat/Griz doubleheader is fun once per year, but it does really take up the entire day and I'm not sure if I'd want to do that 9 times during conference play. Re: Conference Schedule Question
That would require some Tuesday games with the current weird-ish schedule.
