Whoa! That is not good. I lived there all my life until four years ago, and for a lot of that time it was the safest place you could imagine. But with the really rapid growth, that started to slide downhill.

I had dinner in Ringling last night. Kind of a toast to Jimmy Buffett. Ringling, Ringling is an awful song, but Livingston was too far to drive.
