OK, obviously all any of has to go on is what has been reported by the media to date (and we will ultimately learn the facts), but I have some questions:
1. The defendant/s early Fri. morning, in the Perkins parking lot, struck the victim and threw him in the back of the victims vehicle ( a black Chevy Tahoe). One of the defendants drove west on Huffine in the victims vehicle.
A short time later a witness returning from a wedding reception at 3:00 a.m. turned off Huffine onto Ferguson (a short drive from Perkins) and reported seeing the victim fleeing from a maroon Envoy which the 'Chronicle' says belongs to a former BB player.
Is it possible that the witness headed home at 3:00 from a wedding reception (been there, done that) could have been mistaken about the identity of the vehicle, and the victim had simply temporarily escaped from his own vehicle?
The murder occurred shortly thereafter.
2. The 'Chronicle' reports that the Envoy belongs to a former BB player and tire tracks from his vehicle were matched to tire tracks found near the victims body (in the farm field).
If this is the case, why has no one else been charged with being at the crime scene, unless one of the defendants was driving a vehicle reported as belonging to a frmer BB player?
3. Once the Tahoe was recovered in Belgrade, it apparently had been 'cleansed', but had a broken back window and dried blood was found on the interior and exterior of the vehicle (to me this would indicate something), but nothing has been reported about the victims vehicle being at the scene of the crime.
One of the defendants took the victims laptop computer.
4. On Tues., investigators received a tip that the computer was found in a dumpster near one of the defendants apartment along with other evidence (such as documents with the victims name, etc.)
Who was this tipster?
5. A former player and assist. coach informed investigators with knowledge that one of the defendants had a bag containing guns and the victims ID.
The bag was later found in the locker of a current MBB player.
The locker rooms are fairly secure.
Who placed the evidence in a current MBB players locker (who is apparently completely innocent of anything though the 'Chronicle' and other media have brought his name into the story.)
I'm not accusing anyone, nor exonerating, anyone of anything, I['m simply confused by the media reports to date.

OK, why the hell was he even allowed in the locker room?whitetrashgriz wrote:i also am very curious about some of these things. one thing i do know is that it was branden who put the duffel bag in the locker. some current players were actually in the lockerroom, and confirmed this.
And why would a former player/coach have the same access and information?

again, i don't have any more info than anyone else right now. i do know that as a friend of current and former players, it is not hard to get in the locker rooms. and i'm just guessing here, but if he still lived with ja'ron, maybe he still hung with some of the guys. maybe it didn't seem that weird to have a former player, and possible friend dropping off a bag in a players locker. i don't really know, but i'd guess after this incident, they may tighten things up a little.GOKATS wrote:OK, why the hell was he even allowed in the locker room?whitetrashgriz wrote:i also am very curious about some of these things. one thing i do know is that it was branden who put the duffel bag in the locker. some current players were actually in the lockerroom, and confirmed this.

A whole lot of this doesn't make sense to me, which isn't surprising since we surely only have a small fraction of the details, which may or may not be accurate. The thing about the cars doesn't make sense at all.
It's nice to hear that Miller was the one who (apparently) put the bag in Wilson's locker. I really hope that this ends with Lebrum and Miller, and that nobody else was involved.
