[Dramatic version] It is with a heavy heart that I regret to inform all of you that bearBAC will no longer be joining us in our lively and fun-loving discussions on Bobcatnation.com. Rumors of that username's demise have NOT been greatly exaggerated.

[Upbeat version] To celebrate the birthday of our great nation, Bobcatnation.com would like to announce a gift of great value for our entire country -- the removal of bearBAC from Bobcatnation.com!

If so I do not feel bad. He had many warnings.

Not sure what was said, but do you really think he meant it? :?

He'll be back.

I don't care about free speech on private forums. This is owned and operated by a couple individuals and they can run it how they see fit. They do a fair and balanced job, in my opinion.

I would defend a lot of people from being banned, but bear was not one of them. I won't miss him.

Although he would get a little out of hand at times, he was only defending the Griz (smack).

I've seen a lot more people making personal attacks (name calling) on here then bearbac, IMHO.

I enjoy this site and will miss him backing us Griz fans up on the smack board. All fun and games for me.

My .02. 8)

I understand what you're saying but it would appear to me that he signed his own "exit" when he continued to post crap about this horrible issue involving the former student-athletes. I would say that the moderators were more than lenient on him.

I also saw the post that got him booted, and it definitely wasn't on the smack board.

'Nuf said, he had his chances and ample warnings from the mods.

More than anything, he was ANNOYING. He spewed the same old drivel over and over (and over  ) again. That, and his evident lack of any instruction on how to write, spell, and use punctuation marks correctly drove me CRAZY! Good riddance, I say. =D^

Just read through a few smack threads and wanted to give a HUGE =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ =D^ to the moderators.

Smack is one thing, some of the stuff I read there was flat out classless and just disgusting. Well done moderators.

Hmmm, 16-6 comes to mind.

I was gone all weekend (ya'll missed me right? ) so I didn't see the post's on the murder. That's a bad deal all together, sounds like he had it coming. :( (bearbac)
