Ten more days to the initial signing period. So far, 12 recruits have committed. How many more do the Cats get before the 20th? I believe at least one more from Washington state and one or two from Texas. Of course, there will be a few more Montana kids too. I’m hoping for some surprises.

I’m hoping for one from Maine/Canada.

Yeah, I saw he started following that young man. Kid is talented but I thought there might be some more immediate concerns for the team. I have no clue what they are looking for year after year. I have my own ideas what the Cats need and rarely do my ideas match up with what players they bring in. I don’t get paid for this though.

I just saw that the Cats already have a pretty decent tight end/H-back room with even more help coming in with the new recruits that are already committed.

It would be interesting if the Cats sign him since they are playing Maine next season and Maine has former Bobcat Jaharie Martin on their roster.

I’m starting to think the Cats might be getting the inside track on this young man. I noticed Dalton Noble is following him along with some of the other more recent commits. That and Vigens visit to both his high school and home might just mean good news. Fingers crossed.

He has had a recent official visit to um and has been posting stuff from them lately, including just 4 days ago. I'd be happy to be wrong.

The Dallas area is where he lives now. I assume he used to live in Louisiana. Not sure what that has to do with your question. Anyway, the gris were and are recruiting him hard. He had barely mentioned the Cats but is now posting more stuff on them and if you look at the later post I made, it looks like the Cats have closed the gap and may be swaying him away from the evil side over the mountains.

I imagine MSU having an almost all Texas secondary might be enticing to these kids, make them feel at home, but idk.
