ISU's center Kiree Huie was a Sprinkle commit to Montana State but reopened his recruitment after Sprinkle left and ended up in Pocatello.

What a ugly game, now we are throwing up airball threes.. and ironically our bigs are now trying hard to rebound, but committing fouls. We are the better team though and it's nice to see Robert Ford getting a little time on the bench to rest.

An interesting tidbit I caught in the pregame, ISUs head coach was the coach for Point Loma before Loagie. So their coach has been at ISU for four years.

Yep, both coaches had tremendous success at Point Loma. Ryan Looney took them to the D-2 national championship game. I think he was a candidate for the MSU job that Sprinkle got.

Came out of a timeout up 10 with a chance to run clock and make sure there were only 2 more possessions, instead two turnovers and only up 6 all of the sudden. That was bad execution

They're in Reed Gym. ISU quit playing basketball in Holt a few years ago.

Starting off conference 1-0 with a road win. That's a surprise and pretty great. It is against ISU though. A team even more ravaged by the portal than we are.

6-6 record overall, with a 1-0 league mark. Gotta say the team and staff must be feeling okay heading toward the New Year!! Our defense looked much better today.
