I watch the team with Nico, Quadre and Danny. Quadre was the man. He was a duplicate of Bello (junior year prior to injury)but had more skills. More of a Bello/Oscobar clone.

Anyone remember Harry Heineken? 1981 or so.. Not necessarily a Mount Rushmore candidate, but he brought down the house many times with his play and resounding dunks. Doug Hashley from Big Sandy also played on that team and was great player. During those years, as a student, you didn’t even think about missing a game! Good times

Yes, I was a senior at MSU in 1981 and I agree that those were very good times. That was a very good team and really fun to watch, Harry Heineken, Doug Hashley, John Macklin, and the big man, Bill Krieger. I believe Greg Palmer from Great Falls played on that team too

Personally for me, Carlos Taylor has to be on there. Man that guy was fun to watch!

Personally, for me, I loved watching Bethel Debnam. Not much for stats, but when he drove to the middle of the key, and took his jumpshot, nobody could stop it.
