MBB vs Sac St
5 minutes in and I can already see where this game is going.. Completely too much dribbling from ET3 and BW. Those two suck the air out of the basketball and make it hard to get any flow on offense

Cats look like absolute crap so far, fortunately Sac isn't good enough to take advantage and widen the lead too much.

Miller making some good cuts.
Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14.

Miller is definitely earning more time on the court, very nice to see as I've always felt like he's a talented player. The Cats are going to need him next year with Ford and Turner both graduating.

I cringe every time Walker starts dribbling.

An awful lot of ticky tac fouls.

Re: MBB vs Sac St
Thank goodness that half is over… for all you degenerates, I hope you bet the under!!
Not much you can say about it other than it being ugly. Refs have zero composure and are keeping Sac in the game (almost 1/2 their points are from the FT stripe)
BW dribbling the ball at the top of the key is an automatic turnover and is awful offense
Best thing this Cats team can do is flush that half, come out swinging, moving the ball and put a quick 20 on Sac like we know they can do

Re: MBB vs Sac St
What baffles me is when this team does things right, it looks so effortless. Then they look like they just get stuck in neutral for long periods of time. Refs crushing the flow of the game doesn't help.

Re: MBB vs Sac St
He’s fine if he’s isolated on a defender down low, but dribbling in the high post is trouble.

Re: MBB vs Sac St
I've never seen a team give up momentum as often as quickly as these Cats. Get a three and a stop and immediately turn it over and give up a fast break. Get a nice layup and the give a wide open 3....

Re: MBB vs Sac St
Key word is isolated. He lacks the court vision to locate teammates or find rogue defenders

Re: MBB vs Sac St
This cats team continually shocks me at their lack of rebounding ability. Sac is +12 on the glass with 11 offensive boards, which is simply inexcusable. Rob and Sam are the only ones who look like they want anything to do with rebounding. Walker has given up at least 4 offensive boards himself because he never boxes out his man

Re: MBB vs Sac St
Cats seem to play up and down depending on the competition. Consistency is a problem. When they are good, they are very good. When they are bad, they are very bad. Maybe that's consistency.
